Origination, portfolio
and reporting

Five markets, one installation
Checks run against the sources of the country the subject identifiers belong to, not the country of the organization. Registries, bureaus and watchlists differ on every market.
How jurisdictions workWhat the platform covers
Thirty-one modules around one loan contract. Below are the seven that implementations usually start with.
Application and decision
A pipeline from form to approval: check steps, documents, scoring, credit committee and cooling-off period.
Learn moreState registry checks
Tax debts, enforcement proceedings, insolvency and court cases through the providers of each country.
Learn moreAccruals and schedule
Daily interest, penalty and fee accrual, with due dates shifted by the national business calendar.
Learn moreCollection
Five escalation stages, promises to pay, legal proceedings and assembling assignment batches.
Learn moreFunding
Investors, bond series, accruals and withholding tax, investor AML screening.
Learn moreBorrower portal
Application, payments, early repayment, PDF documents, complaints and autopay on the borrower side.
Learn moreBI and portfolio
Vintages, non-performing share, delinquency distribution and portfolio snapshots for management reporting.
Learn moreLoan lifecycle
A contract passes six stages. Each one is recorded as an event: who decided, when, and on what grounds.
- 01
Application
A form from any channel, documents, consents and a check for repeated requests.
- 02
Checks
Identification, credit bureaus, state registries, sanctions and PEP screening.
- 03
Decision
Scoring with factor explanations, underwriting and a credit committee for manual review.
- 04
Disbursement
Card, instant payment, wallet or account. Contract, payment schedule and insurance.
- 05
Servicing
Accruals, payments, autopay, schedule modifications and early repayment.
- 06
Closure
Full repayment, restructuring, collection, claim assignment or write-off.
Every transition lands in the event log and in the outbox for bureaus and accounting. Nothing is changed retroactively.
Banking-grade financial records
Money and accruals are written forward only. A mistaken entry is closed by a counter-entry rather than an edited row, so the history can be reconstructed for any date.
- 01
Append only
Payments, accruals and events are never updated or deleted. A correction is a counter-entry.
- 02
Guaranteed delivery
External integrations go through an outbox with retries and a dead-letter queue.
- 03
Right to explanation
Every automated decision stores the rules and factors that shaped it.
- 04
Organization isolation
An organization never sees the data of another one: the filter sits in the data access layer, not in page code.
Three interfaces on the same data
Staff, borrowers and investors work with the same contract. A payment from the cabinet shows up at once in the staff schedule and in the regulatory report.
Staff workplace
Application queue, customer card, contract with schedule and events, collection, AML and reporting. Permissions by role and approval limit.
Learn moreBorrower cabinet
Application, contract signing with an SMS code, payment and autopay, early repayment, certificates and complaints. Installs on a phone as an app.
Learn moreInvestor cabinet
Investments, a payout schedule with withheld tax, the contract in PDF and an early return request.
Learn moreIslamic finance
A separate interest-free product line. Contract, asset, markup and schedule follow Shariah rules, and product decisions pass through a Shariah board with recorded meeting minutes.

Integrations and the A3 ecosystem
The platform knows in advance where it plugs in. Acquiring, messaging, bureaus, compliance, accounting and digital signature are described as provider interfaces, so connecting comes down to a contract with the vendor and a set of keys.

We will show the application pipeline, scoring and reporting configured for your market. The session takes about an hour.
